For the team, the values of participation and enjoyment come hand in hand with a competitive desire to win.

To be a part of team MBC is to understand the importance of working as a team with each member having individual strengths and abilities. Combining these and understanding race craft and tactics is what team bike racing is all about. At the end of the day there can only be one winner, however each team member understands that it takes a group effort to achieve this.

The distinctive pink and white kits stand out in the peloton and the team ride Pinarello bicycles with SRAM componentry, Zipp race wheels and Speedplay pedals.

The 2010 team is fully sponsored by MB Cycles, Cannibal Clothing and is represented by Star Marquees. The MB Cycles team has also joined with the Nashua team from South Africa to compete internationally in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Holland and Belgium.
